The HEC Senior Program Manager will oversee the DIBI initiatives, managing operations, stakeholder communication, event planning, and ensuring academic rigor in projects.

Oversee departmental financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, account reconciliations, audits, procurement card and vendor management. Ensure compliance with university fiscal policies, prepare financial analyses, advise leadership, supervise junior finance staff, and liaise with central finance offices to improve processes and controls.

Provide operational support for curriculum scheduling and maintenance across semesters using CourseLeaf, monitor and report enrollment data via Banner, coordinate with departments, Registrar, and Assistant Dean, and support curriculum assessment activities using HelioCampus.
