As an Overnight Support Specialist, you'll ensure the safety and well-being of consumers with mental health issues during overnight shifts, conducting security checks, maintaining documentation, and assisting with medication administration.

Manage and supervise the Childrens After School Program (CASP) serving 8 youth. Oversee milieu activities, supervise staff, support clinicians in assessments and treatment plans, communicate with parents, manage risks, evaluate training needs, and represent the program at DMH and school/care coordination meetings.

The Overnight Support Specialist provides direct care to adults with developmental disabilities during overnight shifts, ensuring safety, documenting progress, and assisting with various needs.
