Process and confirm overnight customer orders for the Food Service division: enter orders into NAV, troubleshoot order issues, coordinate with picking, shipping, and trucking, monitor inventory, communicate delivery details to sales and leadership, handle customer requests and discrepancies, and perform related administrative tasks to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

Perform production-line seafood processing tasks including trimming, operating machinery, and using tools. Work in teams on the production floor, following instructions, meeting production goals, and enduring cold, wet conditions and night shifts.

Process and confirm daytime HRI customer orders, manage inventory and pricing records, coordinate with sales, production, shipping and logistics, prepare shipping documentation and reports, resolve order discrepancies, and provide customer service and administrative support to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
