Remote Account Executive responsible for generating new business through self-sourced prospecting, high-volume cold calling, merchant statement analysis, referral partnerships, and closing payment processing deals. The role requires managing a sales pipeline, collecting underwriting documentation, explaining merchant pricing and fees, using CRM and collaboration tools, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Owns revenue operations by optimizing sales processes, improving CRM workflows, implementing sales automation tools, and developing standardized dashboards and reporting. Analyzes funnel performance, conversion rates, quotas, commissions, and sales activity to improve productivity. Partners with leadership and cross-functional teams on process adoption, training, workflow design, and infrastructure improvements. Requires Salesforce administration experience, advanced Excel skills, analytical ability, and five years of relevant sales operations or sales management experience.

Handle inbound and outbound B2B retention calls to resolve merchant issues, educate on rates, equipment, and loyalty programs, coordinate cross-functionally to retain accounts, diagnose root causes of cancellations, recommend process improvements, and support special projects.
