The Account Executive sells neuro-diagnostics and monitoring products to neurologists, neurology technicians, IT stakeholders, and healthcare facilities across Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, and Montana. Responsibilities include achieving sales quotas, developing territory business plans, maintaining sales funnels, conducting product presentations and training, managing consultative customer relationships, tracking account purchasing plans, attending trade shows, and collaborating with internal sales resources. The role requires approximately 80% travel and healthcare facility vendor credentialing.

Provide level-1 technical support for Windows-based medical devices and applications: troubleshoot hardware/software/configuration issues, assist with system configuration and updates, handle customer inquiries about repairs/parts/orders, document resolutions, escalate complex issues to higher-tier support, and follow up on QA and repair-related items.
