The role focuses on data quality, testing, observability, governance, metric standardization, documentation, performance optimization, and secure access controls. It partners with executives and cross-functional teams, leads analytics engineering initiatives, troubleshoots complex data issues, owns domain models, and mentors engineers while advancing the company’s analytics platform strategy.

Build and maintain scalable analytics data models, semantic layers, BI datasets, and dbt transformation workflows. Apply dimensional modeling, automated testing, lineage tracking, governance, documentation, and performance tuning to ensure accurate, standardized business metrics. Partner with analysts and stakeholders to convert business requirements into reliable self-service analytics capabilities, troubleshoot data issues, and improve transformation processes. The role requires advanced SQL, dbt, Snowflake, Python, Git, BI tools, and experience with business, product, marketing, CRM, and semi-structured data.

Lead Niche’s public relations and media relations efforts across trade, consumer, and business press. Manage rankings launches, media requests, press materials, executive preparation, data storytelling, awards, and speaking opportunities. Collaborate with Data, Social Media, Marketing, and Content teams to amplify communications campaigns. Use AI tools and media monitoring to improve research, reporting, workflow efficiency, and brand discoverability in LLM-powered search.
