Use AI tools and media monitoring to improve research, reporting, workflow efficiency, and brand discoverability in LLM-powered search.

Leads a student-facing software engineering team while managing people, technical direction, architecture, delivery, and team health. The role combines hands-on coding, code review, technical debt ownership, pragmatic architectural decisions, AI-assisted development, and agile process improvement.
