Leads NiCE Actimize’s global partner sales strategy, overseeing reseller, implementation, consulting, SI, and strategic alliance relationships. Manages regional Partner Sales Managers and drives partner recruitment, enablement, certification, indirect bookings, lead generation, joint marketing, and go-to-market execution. Requires extensive global partner sales leadership, financial solutions experience, executive communication, and willingness to travel.

Supports public safety sales opportunities by demonstrating software solutions, conducting needs assessments, responding to RFPs, developing scopes of work, and presenting value propositions. Partners with account executives, product management, professional services, and other teams while engaging public safety agencies and government decision-makers. Requires knowledge of criminal justice workflows and digital evidence, consultative selling experience, and approximately 50% travel within the assigned territory.

Build sample applications, proof-of-concept integrations, and developer tools connecting NICE CXone with partner platforms. Document integration patterns, troubleshoot API and authentication issues, support partner onboarding, and translate partner feedback into product and engineering requirements. The role requires software development experience, REST API integration expertise, web technology knowledge, strong debugging and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical partners.
