Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex federal IT programs. Oversee multiple projects, manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors, handle scheduling, budgeting, risk, and compliance, and serve as primary government liaison. Mentor project managers and support proposals and contract transitions.

Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise web and SharePoint applications. Provide technical leadership, implement workflows (Nintex K2), develop databases and stored procedures in SQL Server and Oracle, integrate services, implement PDF/document solutions, build USWDS-accessible UIs, troubleshoot defects, and support deployments and upgrades.
