The role advises leadership on OT cybersecurity architecture and supports field operations with up to 20% travel.

Leads global compensation strategy, including market analysis, job architecture, salary structures, annual compensation reviews, bonus and equity planning, offer development, compliance, HRIS data integrity, and stakeholder training. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business leaders to design equitable, competitive pay programs and drive organizational change.

Manage US and global payroll operations, audit payroll accuracy, oversee payroll tax filings and compliance, resolve state tax discrepancies, manage payroll audits, improve processes and controls, participate in system testing and enhancements, and support and train payroll staff.
