Build C-level relationships, execute go-to-market plans, drive co-sell and revenue growth, enable field teams, influence product based on partner feedback, represent Nexthink at conferences, and monitor market and competitor activity.

Lead global Total Rewards and HRIS: own compensation framework and annual cycles, drive Workday implementation decisions, lead HRIS team, build people analytics, and spearhead AI and automation across HR operations to improve efficiency and governance.
