Owns medium-sized software features from design through deployment and maintenance. Writes tested, maintainable code; participates in code reviews, incident response, and root-cause analysis; collaborates with product, UX, QA, and engineering teams; improves development processes and tooling; validates AI-assisted work; and mentors junior engineers. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, modern development practices, clear communication, and experience delivering end-to-end features.

Manage sales operations processes supporting growth, including productivity metrics, process improvement, commissions and bonus administration, territory alignment, Salesforce management, sales enablement, competitive insights, and cross-functional data handoffs. Lead sales and marketing special projects, support go-to-market initiatives, and optimize sales productivity while maintaining process documentation and onboarding support.

Sell Nextech to physician practices (typically 3+ doctors) by prospecting, demonstrating software, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, closing deals, transitioning clients to account managers, mentoring sales staff, and using Salesforce to track leads and forecast. Meet quotas and KPIs, support implementations and go-live, and travel within the territory (up to 50%).
