Lead product design and UX strategy for Nextdoor’s monetization experiences. Design end-to-end customer journeys, prototypes, and experiments that improve conversion, retention, and revenue while protecting user trust. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, analytics, and business teams; contribute to design systems; advocate for accessibility; communicate insights to senior stakeholders; and mentor designers.

Own end-to-end data science for emerging content surfaces, including product experimentation, causal inference, exploratory analysis, metrics, dashboards, and strategic insights. The Senior Analytics Engineering Manager will oversee analytics engineering vision, manage a team, ensure data quality, and drive data-driven decisions across departments.

Lead consumer product design craft and manage 5–6 designers while remaining hands-on. The role requires strong UX/product design judgment, research synthesis, people management, and AI-assisted design fluency.

Own the end-to-end rebuild of Nextdoor’s consumer search experience, including query understanding, retrieval, ranking, result quality, organic and sponsored content blending, and monetization. Define search relevance metrics, partner with engineering, data science, ML, research, design, and marketing teams, and use A/B testing to improve engagement and revenue while protecting user experience.
