The Editorial Partnerships & Digital PR Manager will drive placement of ERGO NEXT in buyer guides, build relationships with editors, and collaborate with SEO teams to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Lead and unify ERGO NEXT's employer brand across channels and markets. Own messaging, visual identity guardrails, candidate-facing content, employee storytelling, and reputation tracking. Partner with People, Communications, and Marketing to produce reusable attraction content, support events/campus programs, and enable recruiters with measured, data-informed outreach.

Manage analysts and vendor relationships, oversee data budget, develop integration roadmap, and evaluate new data services including Proofs of Concept.
