Own ERGO NEXT’s digital PR, editorial partnerships, publisher relationships, influencer and affiliate collaborations, and sports sponsorship activation. Lead agency outreach, secure buyer-guide and editorial placements, distribute proprietary research, develop executive thought leadership, and improve brand visibility across search and AI answer engines. Collaborate with SEO, content, growth, and social teams while measuring earned-media impact, traffic, citations, reputation, and business results.

Own the technology and go-to-market strategy for NEXT’s Business Owner’s Policy. Responsibilities include driving the roadmap, shipping and packaging the insurance product, managing direct, agent, and partnership channels, improving user experience and conversion, leading planning and executive communications, and using AI to accelerate product development. The role requires learning insurance fundamentals and collaborating with insurance product managers, engineering, design, data science, and cross-functional teams.

Own and optimize commercial casualty insurance products, including coverage, pricing, underwriting rules, segmentation, and regulatory compliance. Use portfolio performance, loss-ratio analysis, modeling, and market research to improve profitability and growth. Partner with Actuarial, Engineering, Technical Product, Compliance, Legal, Claims, Data Science, and Operations to deliver product changes, filings, and underwriting improvements. Communicate product performance and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
