Lead and scale an Insurance Product Enablement function combining Product Ops and Analyst teams. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial, and Compliance to streamline workflows, improve governance, implement tools/templates/dashboards, handle compliance inquiries and manual policy tasks, deliver reporting and competitive analysis, define operating standards and SLAs, and coach team members to drive efficiency and consistent product delivery.

Develop and maintain insurance pricing and actuarial reporting tools, create state filing materials, and build dashboards monitoring historical performance. Analyze data, generate insights, and recommend pricing actions that support profitable growth. The role collaborates with product management and filings teams, promotes actuarial best practices, and supports progress toward ACAS and FCAS credentials.

Build and own backend features end-to-end for the Agents Channel, writing clean, testable server-side code (Kotlin/Java). Collaborate with product, marketing, and frontend teams, work in cloud environments (AWS preferred), use relational databases/SQL, CI/CD, and leverage AI/LLM tools to improve developer productivity.

Own lifecycle programs for express agents from activation through retention: design onboarding and winback journeys, build automated multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail), run experiments, analyze performance using Bloomreach and Tableau, and collaborate cross-functionally to reduce churn and grow agent lifetime value.

Own and grow commercial property and inland marine insurance products end-to-end: identify growth opportunities, develop business cases, lead product design and regulatory filings, launch enhancements, monitor performance, and partner cross-functionally with Actuarial, Engineering, Data Science, Claims, Legal, and Operations to drive profitable portfolio outcomes.

Manage end-to-end multi-state insurance product filings for commercial Workers' Compensation and P&C products. Ensure regulatory compliance, craft policy forms and manuals, track bureau circulars, maintain filing workflows in Confluence/JIRA, and collaborate with Legal and Product to resolve state objections and audit requirements.

Lead and build a Developer Experience (DevEx) team to improve the SDLC using AI, deliver Platform-as-a-Product self-service tools, partner with R&D, mentor Backend and DevOps engineers, and drive adoption of CI/CD, Kubernetes, IaC, build tools, testing frameworks, and observability.
