Build and own backend features end-to-end for the Agents Channel, writing clean, testable server-side code (Kotlin/Java). Lead profit, compliance, and scaling of the Workers Compensation product by translating NCCI/state rules into technical requirements, managing major implementations, coordinating stakeholders (engineering, product, legal, filings), defining automation for underwriting and portfolio management, tracking milestones/metrics, and designing workflows to support customer service and production teams.

Handles high-severity commercial general liability and casualty claims, including coverage analysis, litigation management, investigations, negotiations, reserves, mediations, and regulatory compliance. Communicates with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, medical professionals, and adjusters; identifies fraud and subrogation opportunities; provides claim guidance and escalates cases exceeding authority. Leads department roundtables and supports peers while meeting quality, performance, and financial security standards.
