Gather requirements, document configurations and processes, troubleshoot issues, support deployments and post-go-live activities, and contribute to recruiting technology transformation initiatives. The consultant will primarily focus on Recruiting Management while assisting with Recruiting Marketing and Onboarding, collaborating with project managers, senior consultants, and client stakeholders. Experience with SmartRecruiters and other recruiting platforms is preferred.

Gather requirements, design payroll processes, support integrations and data migration, resolve payroll issues, assist with compliance, conduct testing and training, and collaborate with client HR, payroll, finance, and IT stakeholders.

Support enterprise workforce management implementations using WorkForce Software. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, configuring and testing functionality, supporting UAT and deployment, documenting solutions, training users, and collaborating with clients, technical teams, and project managers. The role focuses on timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, payroll, and related HCM processes while developing functional consulting expertise.
