Own an engineering team responsible for architecture, delivery, roadmap, and operational health across cart, checkout, order, billing, and authentication systems. This hands-on manager partners with Product, writes specifications, reviews code, ships software, drives AI-assisted engineering, improves DORA metrics, manages dependencies, leads on-call operations, develops engineers, and owns hiring. Candidates need recent software delivery experience, commerce and payment integration expertise, and experience in managed hosting, cloud, or another high-availability service business.

Own an engineering team’s architecture, delivery, roadmap, product outcomes, and operational reliability for commerce application platforms. Partner with Product to scope and deliver predictable work, maintain hands-on coding and code review, drive AI-assisted engineering, improve DORA metrics, manage dependencies, support on-call operations, develop engineers, and lead hiring. Requires recent software delivery experience, cloud or managed hosting expertise, and formal or informal engineering leadership.

Owns one Cloud Services engineering team end to end, including architecture, roadmap, delivery, product partnership, technical quality, AI-assisted development, hiring, engineer growth, and production operations. The manager remains hands-on by writing specifications, reviewing code, shipping changes, managing dependencies, improving DORA metrics, participating in on-call, and ensuring reliable, secure delivery for data protection, security, and edge products.
