Leads North American new-logo sales for Nexcess Managed Cloud, managing 5–8 Account Executives and owning recurring revenue, pipeline, forecasting, quota attainment, and territory performance. The Director recruits, coaches, and develops sales representatives while actively supporting strategic opportunities, negotiations, and deal closures. Responsibilities include applying MEDDPICC, managing Salesforce data, developing go-to-market strategies, partnering cross-functionally, and expanding managed cloud, infrastructure, compliance, and security solutions.

Build and scale Nexcess’s Managed Cloud partner program from the ground up. Recruit and onboard resellers, MSPs, VARs, agencies, and referral partners; establish program structures, processes, enablement, and commercial models; develop partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; support co-selling; monitor performance; and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Support. This hands-on individual contributor role owns the full partner lifecycle and requires independent execution, strong channel expertise, and approximately 10–20% travel.

The role is accountable for reducing churn and improving net revenue retention while serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and support teams.

Leads Nexcess’s North American sales strategy, revenue growth, new-logo pipeline, forecasting, channel partnerships, and market expansion. Manages, coaches, and scales the existing sales organization while supporting complex enterprise deals and strengthening sales processes. Partners with global leadership, marketing, technical teams, and solution architects to improve customer outcomes and expand market share across technology-focused verticals.

Leads a digital cloud client cohort as a business owner, accountable for revenue, churn, expansion, retention, and NRR. Builds go-to-market strategy, directs cross-functional sales, success, and technical teams, manages key customer relationships, improves proactive account management, and represents customer needs in product and marketing planning. The role also involves hiring, coaching, performance reporting, pipeline and account-health reviews, and driving annual contract growth.

Leads the transformation of fragmented implementation and migration teams into a unified organization serving three business units. The role focuses on WordPress, ecommerce, managed hosting, performance, security, migrations, and hybrid cloud solutions. It partners with sales, product, implementation, engineering, and customer success teams while contributing to technical proposals, enablement, process improvements, and mentoring junior sales engineers.

Leads and develops the Data Engineering team while remaining hands-on with scalable pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data warehouses, integrations, and infrastructure. Enable internal subject matter experts to publish, manage the Reddit agency, maintain brand voice, and use social listening and performance data to guide decisions. The role requires translating technical cloud topics into engaging B2B content and growing engagement among target buyers.

Own the full sales cycle for high-volume, short-cycle digital cloud deals, including outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, follow-up, closing, quota attainment, and clean handoffs to Account Managers. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Account Management teams while maintaining strong activity levels and competitive leaderboard performance.
