Lead landowner communications, rent tracking, lease/amendment/easement execution, Phase I ESA workflows, purchase orders, tax filing administration, and maintain audit‑ready records and trackers. Coordinate with legal, consultants, and internal teams to close documentation gaps, reduce construction and financing risk, and improve portfolio readiness and processes.

Perform advanced electrical analysis on utility-scale and distributed solar PV and BESS assets to improve reliability and performance. Diagnose protection, inverter, transformer, and control issues; lead root-cause investigations; optimize protection settings and control strategies; coordinate with utilities, OEMs, and operations to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
