Manages commercial real estate projects from planning through completion, serving as the primary client liaison. Oversees scope, schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, site inspections, compliance, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, meeting coordination, and project status reporting.

The Lead Engineer operates and maintains building systems, oversees preventive maintenance, organizes work orders, and responds to tenant needs consistently and efficiently.

Underwrites complex multifamily commercial real estate loans using Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. Performs financial, market, economic, demographic, and property analysis; prepares loan approval packages; presents findings to credit committees; collaborates with originators, senior credit teams, closing departments, and agency investors; maintains client relationships; and conducts property inspections as needed.
