Lead building engineering operations for large Class A properties: oversee maintenance, project and capital planning, utility and supplier management, staff training and scheduling, regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA), tenant relations, and reporting. Ensure high reliability of boilers, chillers, HVAC, electrical and UPS systems, manage vendors and budgets, and conduct peer inspections and after-hours coverage programs.
