Manages pharmaceutical inventory control and domestic and international logistics operations. Responsibilities include inventory reconciliation, shipment execution, customs documentation, purchase order processing, invoice reconciliation, supply reporting, KPI dashboards, and issue resolution. The role coordinates with CMOs/CDMOs, warehouses, 3PLs, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining compliant, traceable records and improving supply chain processes.

Plans and executes HR, employee engagement, company-wide meeting, leadership development, facilities, onboarding, and executive support initiatives. Manages project plans, timelines, budgets, vendors, communications, merchandise inventory, and cross-functional stakeholders. Coordinates events, leadership sessions, onboarding materials, and external visibility opportunities while maintaining confidentiality, organization, and operational efficiency. The role is predominantly remote but requires Philadelphia-area attendance and business-related travel.

Advise NewAmsterdam Pharma on commercial launch readiness, market access, trade and distribution, patient support programs, healthcare compliance, and strategic partnerships. Draft and negotiate commercialization agreements, review promotional materials, develop legal processes and playbooks, and partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, Compliance, and Market Access teams to provide practical, compliant business guidance.
