Leads direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical content operations, including copyediting, proofreading, regulatory submission, Veeva Vault MLR workflow management, live review facilitation, and post-review updates. Partners with brand, agency, design, product, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate, accessible, compliant consumer health messaging. Maintains governance guidelines, verifies approved copy during UAT, and improves content workflows and submission turnaround times.

Leads customer experience and retention operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Oversees vendor relationships, Veeva Vault promotional submissions, MLR workflows, reporting, data validation, process improvement, and cross-functional execution. Translates complex vendor data into actionable insights, resolves operational issues, improves scalable workflows, and supports commercial, marketing, customer experience, analytics, and compliance teams.

Develops and executes organic social media strategies for enterprise brands across major social platforms. Collaborates with brand, medical affairs, paid media, analytics, creative, IT, and agency teams; guides content through pharmaceutical MLR and FDA compliance reviews; analyzes audience and channel performance; creates leadership reporting; and maintains social media best practices and strategy playbooks.
