Coordinates organ donation referrals and transplant logistics in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Screens potential donors, communicates with transplant surgeons, coordinators, and hospital staff, and facilitates organ recovery and placement. Requires flexible 12-hour shifts, including overnight, weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage. Most work is onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts, with limited remote work available after orientation.
