Teams at New England Conservatory

Leads endpoint computing and Help Desk services for faculty, staff, and students. Oversees device deployment, security, maintenance, inventory, procurement, lifecycle management, account provisioning, SaaS platforms, technical escalations, documentation, service metrics, student employee supervision, vendor coordination, and technology improvement projects.

Provides strategic leadership for career services, entrepreneurial studies, arts leadership, advising, internships, grants, mentorship, and professional development. Oversees staff, budgets, partnerships, marketing, student workers, and compliance while collaborating with faculty and academic offices to integrate career readiness and entrepreneurial skills into conservatory education. Advises students on career planning, resumes, grants, auditions, fellowships, and professional opportunities, and expands internship and alumni mentorship networks.

Serves as chief in-house legal advisor to NEC leadership and trustees, providing guidance on legal compliance, risk management, employment, contracts, litigation, governance, privacy, higher education regulations, and Title IX. Oversees outside counsel, institutional policies, enterprise risk management, emergency planning, and the Title IX and Civil Rights Coordinator. Partners strategically with executives to mitigate legal risks and support the conservatory’s mission.
