Overnight supervisor managing Veteran Service Representatives and Coordinators, ensuring safety, staffing, training, incident response, documentation, and high-quality veteran-focused customer service during overnight shifts.

Provide outreach, intake, assessment and time-sensitive case management for Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Secure housing placements, develop housing and stabilization plans, coordinate community and VA resources, maintain SSVF compliance and documentation, build landlord relationships, and perform follow-up to ensure long-term housing stability.

Provide frontline support and facility operations for Veterans, enforcing policies, ensuring safety and security, documenting incidents, and assisting with events, basic maintenance, food service, driving, and emergency response. Serve as a point of contact for Veteran concerns and support shift supervisors.
