Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Corporate Services VP, manage executive calendars, support Board of Directors meetings (scheduling, materials, minutes), oversee office operations and supplies, serve as receptionist, and project-manage ad-hoc events and initiatives.

Provide customer service and enforce center policies while ensuring safety and security of veteran residents. Document incidents, perform building patrols, assist in emergencies, support events, perform basic maintenance, food handling, driving, and training duties. Maintain confidentiality and administrative records.

Provide housing search, case management, stabilization, and rental assistance coordination for veterans in the Shallow Subsidy program. Conduct assessments, develop service plans, liaise with landlords and partner agencies, secure resources, perform follow-up stabilization, ensure program compliance and documentation, and participate in case conferencing and community outreach across Middlesex and Essex counties.

Provide outreach, intake, assessment and time-sensitive case management for Veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Secure housing placements, develop housing and stabilization plans, coordinate community and VA resources, maintain SSVF compliance and documentation, build landlord relationships, and perform follow-up to ensure long-term housing stability.

Overnight supervisor managing Veteran Service Representatives and Coordinators, ensuring safety, staffing, training, incident response, documentation, and high-quality veteran-focused customer service during overnight shifts.

Manage volunteer coordination, donor engagement, community outreach, and regional communications across facilities. Solicit and steward gifts, support fundraising events and programs, coordinate Sponsored Meal and Gift-a-Vet programs, track volunteer activity, and develop local partnerships to grow visibility and philanthropic support.
