Own Neuroscale’s performance and growth marketing engine from the ground up. Manage paid acquisition, creative testing, landing pages, conversion optimization, attribution, funnel analytics, audience discovery, and product-led growth experiments. Personally connect media spend to qualified pipeline, ARR, CAC, and payback. Build scalable marketing systems, automate workflows, develop ICP and messaging playbooks, and partner with founders, Product, Design, Sales, and Revenue Operations to improve acquisition economics and conversion.

Build and scale Neuroscale’s backend platform for AI-powered recruiting workflows. Responsibilities include developing Python/FastAPI REST APIs, designing high-throughput systems, managing PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, Celery, and Temporal infrastructure, deploying services on AWS, maintaining containerized CI/CD pipelines, and supporting integrations, data pipelines, and asynchronous workflows. The role owns architecture and reliability decisions, mentors engineers, and collaborates with AI, product, and frontend teams in a high-ownership startup environment.

Top-of-funnel SDR focused solely on outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, cold calling), running discovery calls and tailored product demos, qualifying leads, and delivering clean handoffs to CSMs. No post-sale or account management responsibilities.
