Leads complex OEM and enterprise technology programs from planning through launch. Coordinates Product, Engineering, UX, Security, Operations, and business stakeholders; manages roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, RAID logs, technical reviews, release readiness, and executive communications. Maintains dealership relationships, retains at-risk clients, documents engagements in Totango, and travels up to 50% while driving up to 25%.

Leads planning, coordination, execution, governance, reporting, risk management, resource allocation, and process improvement for strategic programs. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Tracks schedules, performance metrics, budgets, dependencies, and risks while facilitating communication, meetings, status reporting, and post-program reviews.
