Designs and implements Salesforce reporting, dashboards, dataflows, and lenses for customer business needs. Translates reporting requirements into technical specifications, establishes development and deployment standards, and advises users and technical teams on solution design. The role requires Salesforce platform expertise, enterprise integrations, multi-tenant and integration architecture, CI/CD, cloud platforms, Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Architect certifications. It is customer-facing and includes international travel of up to 25%.

Designs, leads, and implements Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions for Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives. The role architects CPQ, billing, invoicing, integrations, and customizations; evaluates and improves revenue processes; and oversees implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. It partners with business and technical stakeholders across sales, finance, accounting, legal, and IT, provides technical leadership, mentors teams, manages risks, and recommends scalable Salesforce innovations aligned with measurable business outcomes.
