Lead end-to-end Salesforce B2B Commerce and Revenue Management solution architecture, from discovery and design through deployment and post-go-live optimization. Define data models, integrations, security, UX, testing, release governance, and scalable Salesforce architectures across Commerce, Service Cloud, Order Management, and Consumer Goods Cloud. Serve as a technical authority for clients and delivery teams, guide development, mitigate risks, and support reusable solution assets. Travel up to 25% for customer engagements and internal events.
