Partner with leaders across Product, G&A, IT, Finance, and Security to drive organizational design, people strategy, performance programs, and change management. Use People data and AI-enabled insights to advise on structure, span of control, promotions, and talent programs while building repeatable frameworks and coaching leaders for high performance.

The role involves leading strategic AI partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing cross-functional teams while advocating for AI initiatives internally and externally.

Lead and execute a strategic analyst relations (AR) program to increase visibility with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and other firms. Manage analyst relationships, secure strong placements in vendor evaluations, integrate AI/automation to scale AR operations, capture and distribute analyst insights, coordinate with Product, PR, and GTM teams, develop analyst-facing content and customer references, and drive participation at industry events. Define AR metrics, manage budgets and contracts, and present to senior executives to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
