Coordinates luxury footwear product development from concept through production, including spec sheets, samples, factory communication, production records, inventory coordination, and fit testing. Manages visual assets, photography and video shoots, catalog production, product copy, marketing vendors, events, showroom support, and executive reporting. Partners with the CEO, design, technical, business operations, European factories, and external partners to maintain production flow and launch readiness.

Owns day-to-day business operations across inventory, logistics, fulfillment, vendor management, reporting, and customer-facing systems. Coordinates production deliveries, warehouse activities, returns, replenishment, showroom and event inventory, and vendor performance. Builds SOPs, maintains technology platforms, analyzes sales and inventory KPIs, supports forecasting and board reporting, and partners closely with the CEO and CFO on operational execution and continuous improvement.
