Own the accounting function for a PE-backed SaaS company, leading financial close and reporting, technical accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, controls, audits, tax compliance, ERP strategy, treasury, banking, and sponsor reporting. Build scalable processes and develop the accounting team while partnering with the CFO on board reporting, financing, M&A, and potential exit activities.

Supports product managers through customer and market research, competitive analysis, product documentation, feedback organization, cross-functional coordination, roadmap tracking, launch preparation, feature testing, and issue documentation. The role develops foundational product management skills while collaborating with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams in an AI-driven network automation environment.

Own the end-to-end architecture of NetBrain’s AWS-based SaaS platform. Define multi-tenant design, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes orchestration, event-driven messaging, persistence, observability, security, and compliance strategies. Lead architecture across engineering teams, produce ADRs and standards, mentor senior engineers, and communicate technical tradeoffs to product and executive stakeholders. The role requires extensive AWS and SaaS architecture experience, including transitioning products from on-premises or private cloud to public SaaS.
