The Head of Revenue Marketing is responsible for driving demand generation and transforming go-to-market strategies into scalable pipeline engines, leveraging AI and automation while ensuring accountability and revenue outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.

Leads a consulting team delivering Sage ERP solutions, overseeing consultants, client relationships, project quality, budgets, timelines, and customer retention. Manages team performance and development, steers existing-account projects, reviews deliverables and invoices, and supports pre-sales, account planning, engagement scoping, statements of work, pricing, and revenue growth. Maintains expertise in Sage X3 or Sage 500 and relevant client industries while ensuring profitable, high-quality service delivery.

Leads operational integration of acquired businesses from transaction close through stabilization. Develops integration roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and executive reports; coordinates Finance, IT, HR, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other workstreams; manages acquired leadership relationships; oversees ERP, CRM, billing, technology, policy, and process transitions; mitigates risks, drives accountability, and improves integration playbooks.
