Lead managed-services engagements for subscription clients as primary client contact. Define requirements, manage scope/schedule/budget, run status meetings, facilitate resourcing, oversee delivery, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities while liaising between technical teams and stakeholders.

Lead technical delivery of Salesforce implementations: design and implement Apex/JS/LWC/Visualforce solutions, integrate web services, own release and deployment strategy, perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and produce technical design artifacts.
