Owns IBM partner enablement for Neo4j by structuring and adapting sales and technical collateral, developing curricula, and delivering training, workshops, and partner sessions. Collaborates with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Support, and partner management teams to align enablement with revenue priorities. Tracks training completion, engagement, satisfaction, readiness, coverage, and joint pipeline impact while managing multiple content workstreams and stakeholders.

Lead design, build, and deploy Graph+GenAI solutions combining graph databases and LLMs. Act as trusted advisor to customers, architect scalable systems, write production code, integrate with orchestration and cloud platforms, optimize performance, and provide training, enablement, and product-feedback to stakeholders. Travel up to 50% to engage customers.

Lead global web strategy and execution, align cross-functional stakeholders, manage web projects end-to-end, drive analytics-driven optimization and A/B testing, establish KPIs and dashboards, and continuously improve UX, engagement, and conversions.
