Commercial Litigation Associate handling complex litigation matters, including drafting and arguing discovery and other motions, taking and defending depositions, managing cases, and advocating for regional and national clients. The role requires strong written and oral advocacy, organizational skills, procedural and substantive legal knowledge, entrepreneurial initiative, and Massachusetts Bar admission. Federal court clerkship experience is a plus.

Provides intellectual property litigation docketing and calendaring services across federal, state, agency, ITC, arbitration, and appellate matters. Reviews court documents and correspondence, calculates and enters deadlines in Milana, researches jurisdictional rules, prepares reports, performs quality reviews, supports case teams, and maintains docketing procedures. Requires strong knowledge of IP litigation rules, litigation procedures, and federal and state court practices, with accurate, timely work under strict deadlines.

Provides administrative support to attorneys, legal professionals, and office teams by processing expenses and time entries, managing documents and records, handling mail and correspondence, and assisting with general office tasks and projects. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, professionalism, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
