Support quality, population health, and performance improvement by extracting, validating, analyzing, and reporting clinical and operational data from Epic. Build and maintain dashboards, support UDS and regulatory reporting, track quality metrics (HEDIS, PCMH), perform data validation and audits, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to drive improvements.

The Revenue Cycle Specialist III manages billing functions to resolve accounts receivable issues, utilizing Epic systems and applying knowledge of medical billing regulations.

Provide clinical social work and case management for older adults in the PACE program. Conduct psychosocial and intake assessments, create and implement treatment plans, support caregivers, coordinate care transitions, participate in interdisciplinary teams, lead groups, document clinical work, and advocate for participants across multiple local sites.
