Teams at Nebius

Serve as the technical advisor for enterprise customers adopting Nebius AI Cloud. Lead discovery, architecture design, workshops, demonstrations, proofs of concept, business cases, and production adoption. Develop reference architectures and infrastructure-as-code examples, coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve engagement risks, and communicate customer feedback internally. The role requires strong cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, security, identity, AI infrastructure, and enterprise stakeholder-management expertise.

Coordinate high-touch executive recruiting processes from engagement through offer. Manage complex interviews across time zones, calendars, candidate communications, travel, debriefs, feedback, and search tracking. Partner closely with executive recruiters, senior leaders, executive assistants, and hiring stakeholders while maintaining discretion, anticipating issues, resolving conflicts, and delivering a polished candidate experience.

Leads compensation programs, including salary structures, job classification, market pricing, pay equity analysis, merit and bonus cycles, financial modeling, reporting, policy development, and HRIS data integrity. Partners with senior HR and Finance leaders, presents compensation recommendations, develops training, ensures regulatory alignment, and improves or automates compensation workflows. The role requires progressive compensation experience, advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills, and strong knowledge of compensation systems.
