Supports the delivery and administration of professional learning programmes, including participant recruitment, onboarding, records management, events, reporting, stakeholder queries, learning technology support, and partner coordination. The role maintains Salesforce and other data systems, tracks contractual milestones, supports participants at risk of falling behind, and gathers feedback for continuous improvement. It is remote with approximately 12 travel days annually and is fixed-term through May 2027.
