I love the cross-team and cross-level collaboration that happens every day at Peacock. I not only feel supported on my team but valued, trusted and encouraged to take ownership — and the people-first culture makes me excited to come to work every day.

I appreciate the opportunity to build relationships and have those face-to-face conversations. Leadership here sees this as a critical aspect of building culture. To me, that’s a huge investment in making sure that you’re able to create strong connections that will lead to great work and sustaining a job that people want to show up to each day.

When I first started, I was struck by how positively everyone here talked about each other. It is a very positive and encouraging atmosphere, and people are genuinely treated well by their teammates and their leadership.

The camaraderie on our team has opened up opportunities for peer mentorship across leaders in our space. We recently had a pen pal program that connected people to get folks talking across the organization.
