Owns the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and continuous improvement of assigned products. Conducts market and competitive research, defines requirements, monitors performance, and leads cross-functional collaboration across IT, clinical, business, clients, and vendors. Supports implementations, product messaging, documentation, and training while ensuring compliance with CMS, HIPAA, URAC, NCQA, FCC, NCPDP, and internal quality standards.

Supports workforce management through forecasting, scheduling, shrinkage analysis, staffing projections, and service-level monitoring. Validates WFM data, manages activities and call-routing adjustments, coordinates queue and skill-group coverage, and identifies reporting enhancements. Develops reports, dashboards, scorecards, training materials, and procedures while analyzing performance opportunities and recommending staffing or process improvements.

Supports manufacturer, payer, and strategic pharmacy clients through operational coordination, reporting, business planning, implementation, issue resolution, and client meetings. Serves as a primary contact for daily requests, escalations, referral questions, patient access barriers, and contract performance. Partners with Trade Account Executives to improve client satisfaction, retain programs, meet guarantees, identify growth opportunities, and deliver strategic business presentations. Travel to client sites or onsite meetings may reach 10%.
