Hands-on technical lead responsible for migrating a legacy VB.NET Web Forms system to ASP.NET Core, owning architecture, releases, security hardening, CI/CD, and mentoring an engineering team. Drive phased migration, coordinate cross-team dependencies, improve DevOps pipelines, enforce secure SDLC, and actively contribute to development and code reviews.
