Provides training and helps translate innovation concepts into adopted underwriting capabilities.

Conducts complex risk assessments for senior living accounts, focusing on professional liability and abuse exposures. Advises clients on controls, policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and loss prevention. Develops training and risk-management resources, partners with underwriting and agents, prepares technical reports, and delivers presentations. The role requires strong senior living and insurance risk expertise, client consulting skills, field assessments, and occasional to frequent travel.

Lead and manage personal-lines underwriting teams to drive profitable results through strategy execution, portfolio and agency oversight, process modernization, performance management, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for planning, budgeting, reporting, and escalated issue resolution.
