Build and automate BI quality reports, analyze production metrics to identify trends and improvements, manage analytics tickets in Jira, coordinate quality escalations, monitor compliance (NCRs, CAPAs, HIPAA), perform SQL/statistical analyses and SPC, support process mapping and training.
