Lead technical discovery, solution design, enterprise implementations, customer launches, adoption, renewals, and account operations across Latin America. Build integrations, configure the platform, coordinate engineering and customer stakeholders, train operators, monitor performance, and establish the region’s customer success model. Serve as Nash’s regional expert on carriers, payments, addressing, delivery workflows, and product adaptations while developing processes for future hires.

Build, deploy, and operate production software for enterprise logistics customers. The role involves developing backend systems and integrations, extending delivery-orchestration infrastructure, launching products, debugging logistics workflows, and collaborating directly with customer engineering, operations, and leadership teams. The engineer will also partner with product and AI teams to shape the company’s North American engineering direction.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across UK and European retail, grocery, pharmacy, quick commerce, and logistics accounts. Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, develop C-level relationships, conduct operational discovery, shape solutions with product and engineering, manage procurement and security reviews, negotiate contracts, and close complex deals exceeding $1M ARR. Maintain disciplined CRM forecasting, provide market feedback, and help establish a repeatable regional enterprise sales motion.
