As a Logistics Product Manager, you'll design and optimize delivery workflows, act as a liaison between customers and teams, manage high-impact implementations, and influence product roadmaps to enhance customer satisfaction and delivery performance.

This role involves managing strategic enterprise accounts, driving customer adoption and outcomes, troubleshooting technical issues, and fostering growth through partnership with client teams.

Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers, design integration architectures (APIs, webhooks, auth, payloads), build demos and POCs, validate technical solutions through the sales cycle, prototype and test AI models/agents, create reusable tooling and test harnesses, and close feedback loops with Product and Engineering while training and scaling the GTM/SE function.
