The Associate Account Executive will drive revenue, expand client portfolios, manage sales activities, and build long-term relationships while collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, multi-practice opportunities. Drive discovery, design validation, and deal progression with Account Executives and Principal Architects. Mentor CSAs and engineers, create reusable solution patterns, and serve as senior technical advisor to clients. Ensure security compliance, identify cross-practice opportunities across networking, data center, cloud, security, and platform engineering. Must reside in Massachusetts; travel up to 40%.

Lead pre-sales technical discovery and design of data center and hybrid infrastructure solutions. Develop accurate SOWs, labor estimates, BoMs, and proposals. Manage Salesforce cases and internal workflows, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, produce technical diagrams and documentation, and support RFP/RFI responses while ensuring version control and stakeholder communication.
