Lead commercial launch and market development for Precise MRD by engaging oncologists and care teams, delivering clinical education, developing territory and account strategies, supporting MRD integration into clinical workflows, and partnering cross-functionally to drive adoption and growth across community and academic oncology settings.

Manages strategic healthcare and biotech accounts as the primary customer liaison. Leads onboarding and implementation, optimizes workflows, resolves issues, analyzes customer data, supports business reviews, and drives retention and growth. Collaborates with Sales, Client Services, EMR, Billing, Digital Products, and Marketing while advocating for process improvements. Provides customer education, stakeholder relationship management, and coaching to colleagues. Requires Salesforce proficiency, healthcare compliance knowledge, and up to 10% travel.
