Leads the Museum’s paid media strategy and partnerships to increase visibility, attendance, memberships, and revenue. Manages integrated campaigns across paid social, search, CTV, audio, local media, and OOH; oversees budgets, negotiations, targeting, creative testing, optimization, and attribution. Partners across divisions to align media investments with institutional goals, continuously test channels and audiences, and reallocate spending based on measurable conversion and revenue performance.

Maintains museum safety and security through patrols, CCTV and alarm monitoring, emergency response, incident reporting, limited investigations, and garage operations support. Responds to disturbances, medical incidents, threats, disasters, and other emergencies while assisting guests and coordinating with State Police when needed. Completes required safety and emergency training and provides customer service for parking and garage issues.

Develop and maintain Unity-based immersive and interactive applications for museum experiences. Build real-time 3D systems, prototypes, rendering, animation, UI, data processing, and Windows desktop builds. Integrate audio, video, sensors, and interactive hardware; optimize CPU, GPU, and memory performance; prepare digital media assets; and support Git-based releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document tools, participate in code reviews, and manage technical scope, risks, and delivery constraints.
